Place carrots and onions in bottom of crock-pot. Add chicken breasts. Top with salt, pepper, and broth.
Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low.
Break open biscuits; pull each biscuit into four pieces and toss into the broth. Cook on high for 20-30 minutes.
