Season beef with seasoning salt, garlic, black pepper, meat tenderizer, and curry powder.
In the largest pot you have, cover the bottom with vegetable oil and heat. Brown meat completely and add water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium. Depending on how tender you like your meat, it should cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Add your remaining ingredients and cover for 30 minutes. Vegetable will be tender and fresh. Add scotch bonnet peppers or hot pepper sauce if you prefer spice.
