In a slow cooker add the frozen chicken and Italian dressing on low and leave for 4 hrs.
During the last hour, mix the cream of chicken soup and cream cheese together and melt in the microwave for 4 min. Add the cheese and soup into the slow cooker and turn up to high for 1 hr.
Serve over rice and enjoy.
