On prep surface take one flour tortilla and spread with cream cheese. Sprinkle small amount (1 1/2 tsp.) spring onions over cream cheese. Layer three pieces of whichever meat chosen.
Then roll tortilla up tightly and cut into 4 to 5 pieces.
Layer pieces in glass pan and refrigerate for about an hour.
