Drain kraut thoroughly and chop. Mix well in a bowl with softened cream cheese and minced onion.
Place a heaping teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in center of one of piece meat. Fold meat sides over each other into an envelope.
Refrigerate in covered container until ready to serve.
