1-2 peeled russet potatoes
1 cup baby carrots
1 chuck roast, 2-3 pounds
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 small onion, sliced into rings
Fresh mushrooms
1 can regular cola

Spray inside of 4-6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into large chunks, add with carrots to bottom of slow cooker.

Place roast on top. Sprinkle roast with dry onion soup mix, cover roast and potato and carrots with onion slices. Add fresh mushrooms to taste around sides of roast. Pour cola over top of roast.

Cover and let cook for 10 hours.
