Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 cups whole wheat wide noodles (measured dry)
1 can (6 oz.) or 1 pouch (3 oz.) tuna in water
2 Tbsp Kraft Free Miracle Whip
1/2 cup low fat cheddar broccoli soup, undiluted
1 cup vegetable blend, such as broccoli and cauliflower, thawed

Prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain noodles, reserving a little of the water. Return noodles with remaining water to pan.

Combine tuna with Miracle Whip. Add tuna mixture, along with soup and vegetables, to pan with noodles over low heat. Mix well.

Cook until heated thoroughly (about 10 minutes).
