Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp lemon peel
1 bay leaf
3/4 cup long grain rice
1 Tbsp white wine
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp fresh dill

In a saucepan, combine the broth, onion, butter, lemon peel and bay leaf. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat.

Stir in the rice. Cover and cook 15 to 18 minutes or till liquid is absorbed.

Let stand, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove and discard bay leaf. Stir in wine, lemon juice and dill.
