3-4 large baking potatoes
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375°F. Wash potatoes & cut into 4ths or smaller. Place chicken & potatoes in 9 x 13 baking dish.

In separate bowl, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, oregano & garlic powder. Pour mixture over chicken & potatoes.

Cover with foil and bake for about an hour, possibly an hour & 15 min depending on your oven & depending on how soft you want your potatoes.
