2 cups cooked Minute Rice
1 can pork and beans
1/2 cup salsa (or more or less to taste)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided (3/4 cup and 1/4 cup)

Let's Make It

Mix rice, pork and beans, salsa and 3/4 cup cheese together in a microwave safe dish.

Microwave until heated through (time depends on your microwave). I would heat it for about 2 minutes.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese on top - microwave another minute to melt the cheese.
