Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix Stove Top Stuffing and water in bowl, let soak.
In shallow pan, spread cream of mushroom soup over the bottom. Lay chicken breasts on top of mushroom soup layer. Take moistened stuffing and add cream of chicken soup to bowl. Mix until coated. Spread mixture on top of chicken breasts. Cover in foil.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, set oven to broil, and let top of dish brown (5 minutes maximum).
