Prepare rice. Instant works fine or cook traditionally.
While rice is still hot, mix in cheese thoroughly. Mix salsa with drained tuna, then mix with rice and cheese mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm with chips or crackers. Also good next day cold on lettuce as a salad!
