Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 boxes Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
8 med size boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 family size can cream of chicken soup
1 reg. size can cream of celery soup

Bake cornbread according to instructions, let cool. Crumble cornbread, add butter. Boil chicken breast until cooked, let cool and shred chicken. Mix chicken and soups together.

In a casserole dish, put 1 layer of cornbread followed by 1 layer of chicken and soup mixture. Repeat until ingredients are used. Top layer should be cornbread.

Cover with foil and bake at 325°F for 30 minutes or until heated through. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
