4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled and cut into chunks
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 small tub sour cream
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 packet Ritz Crackers
1 stick butter

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Put the chicken in a 9x13 casserole dish, and then layer it with the mixed vegetables.
Mix together the sour cream and the cream of chicken soup (do not add water to the soup). Once blended, spread over the chicken and vegetables. Crush the Ritz Crackers and sprinkle all over ingredients. Melt the butter and drizzle over the casserole.
Bake for about 30 minutes. It will be brown and bubbly when done.
