1 egg
1 heaping tablespoon flour
1 cup canned or stewed pumpkin
1 cup milk
1/3 cup golden molasses
1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 frozen pie shell

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Beat egg, flour, and pumpkin together until smooth. Add milk and combine. Add molasses, combine. Add remaining ingredients and stir till incorporated.

2. Pour into frozen pie shell.

3. Bake for 1 hour or until set, middle will jiggle slightly. Cool for 10 minutes on counter top and then cool for up to 1 hour in refrigerator. Garnish with whipped cream.
