In a large skillet, sprayed with Pam, add ground turkey, onions and 2 Tbsp. beef bouillon. Saute about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, olives, and salsa. Heat about 3 minutes.
In a medium sauce pan bring hot water and 1 Tbsp. of beef bouillon to a boil. Add pasta, lower heat, and cook for 5 minutes, do not drain (there should be less than a 1/4 cup of water left). Stir into meat mixture.
Spoon into a 2-qt. casserole dish, and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
