1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
1 package (16 oz.) stuffing mushrooms
1/2 cup Kraft Light Done Right Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 cup Kraft Free Mozzarella Cheese

Brown the ground beef in a small skillet.

Meanwhile, thoroughly wash mushrooms and remove and discard stems. Brush inside and outside of mushrooms with dressing and place on foil lined baking sheet, cap side down. Stuff ground beef into each cap and drizzle a little more dressing over meat.

Bake at 400 degrees F for about five minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over each mushroom. Broil another 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
