Homemade Pizza

Original recipe yields 1 serving
3/4 cup warm water
1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cups all-purpose flour

IIN medium bowl, mix water with dry yeast. After mixed well, add salt, olive oil, and flour. Mix with a wooden spoon; then as dough gets stiff, use your hands. If dough is sticky, mix a little flour, if dough is dry, sprinkle on water. Coat large bowl with cooking spray. Place dough in bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Keep in warm spot for 1 hour.

PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees F. Spill dough onto a floured surface, punch dough, then shape it into a big ball. Let rest for 15 min.

DUST your clean hands with flour, then press the edges of the dough to flatten it until it's about the size of your pizza pan. Spray pan with cooking spray. Then, lay dough on it. Add pizza sauce and toppings. Spray oil on crust edges.

BAKE for 25 min or until crust is crispy. Remove pizza from oven, and cut into slices. Store leftover pizza in refrigerator.
