2 lb beef roast, cubed
Baby carrots, optional
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp garlic
Pepper to taste
1 beef bouillon cube
1 can cream of mushroom soup
14 oz burgundy wine (use the soup can to measure)
Hot cooked noodles

Cube roast and place in crock-pot with carrots, if using. Top with onions, garlic, pepper, and bouillon cube. In separate bowl whisk soup with wine and pour over meat.

Cover and cook on low 6 - 8 hours, stirring after 6 hours.

Serve over cooked noodles.
