Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the chicken in a baking pan and top each chicken with a piece of cheese.
Mix together the cream of mushroom soup with the dry white wine and smooth it over on the chicken. Sprinkle on the stuffing and top with melted butter.
Cover with foil, and then place in the oven for about 35-45 minutes.
