- Add peanut butter to mixed pancake batter and vigorously stir.
- On skillet pour batter to form desired size pancakes.
- While pancakes are cooking prepare sauce.
- In small saute pan add jelly and sugar on medium heat till sugar is dissolved.
- Place finished pancakes on plate, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and drizzle jelly sauce over top add more confectioner sugar if desired.
