Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 box plain pancake mix
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups grape jelly or preserves
1/4 cup sugar (may use less)
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

Let's Make It

- Mix pancake batter per box instructions.

- Add peanut butter to mixed pancake batter and vigorously stir.

- On skillet pour batter to form desired size pancakes.

- While pancakes are cooking prepare sauce.

- In small saute pan add jelly and sugar on medium heat till sugar is dissolved.

- Place finished pancakes on plate, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and drizzle jelly sauce over top add more confectioner sugar if desired.
