Finely chop the crab meat and then mix with the Sea Food Magic and Miracle Whip to taste.
Next, slice tomatoes so that you have two large sections from each one (removing the stem and bottom sections). Using a vegetable peeler remove the skin from each section.
Place one tomato section on small plate. Pour a small amount of Italian dressing on top of it. Next cover the top with a small mound of blue cheese. Place the second tomato section on top of the blue cheese. Place a scoop of the crab meat salad on top of the second tomato. Chill and serve.
