4-6 lb lean beef pot roast (shoulder roast works well)
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can (14.5 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained

Let's Make It
Place carrots, potatoes, and garlic in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place roast on top of vegetables and sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Use fingers to massage soup mix evenly over top of roast. Pour stewed tomatoes over roast and cover.
Cook on low 10-12 hours.
