Wipe off portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth. DO NOT RINSE IN SINK! Place them face up on a cookie sheet. Warm them in a 250 degrees F oven for about 5 minutes.
Take out and prepare the Stove Top Stuffing like instructed on the box. Add some red pepper and onion if wanted, to add an extra zing. Add Stove Top to the faces of the portobello mushrooms. Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove.
Top with KRAFT Shredded Cheese, onions, and peppers. Put back in oven until cheese is melted. ENJOY!!!!!!
