Place pork in slow cooker. Mix seasoning, and other ingredients. Pour over pork.
Cover and cook 8 hours on low.
Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred using 2 forks. Return to slow cooker, mix and heat with sauce before serving. Serve on sandwich rolls.
