In a bowl add sour cream and mayo. Cook frozen spinach in micro. Let cool, squeeze out water then add to mayo and sour cream.
Chop garlic, green onions and chilies. Add all to mayo and sour cream; mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate 1 hour or more. Serve with sliced toasted sourdough bread.
