Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg (12 oz.) frozen unsweetened whole blackberries
1 pkg (12 oz.) frozen unsweetened whole blueberries
2 Tbsp cornstarch
cup 1/4 to 1/2 sugar substitute
2 prepared pie crusts
Slices of Velveeta (optional)
Cool Whip Sugar free (optional)
Heavy Whipping Cream sweetened with sugar substitute (optional)

1. Toss berries together in large bowl, add cornstarch and sugar substitute. Coat well.

2. In 9-inch pie plate, add bottom layer of crust, add berry mixture on top, then top crust. Seal the top and bottom all around the edge, and cut vent holes in the top to let the steam out.

3. Bake at 325°F for about an hour until the crust is nice an tan. Serve warm with Velveeta, Cool Whip, whipping cream, or nothing. It is all good.
