1 bag (21 oz.) individually wrapped peanut butter cups
1 block (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 block (24 oz.) almond bark (chocolate flavored)

Let's Make It
Unwrap all of the peanut butter cups and chop into small pieces in a large bowl. Add cream cheese and hand-mix the chopped peanut butter cups into the cream cheese until well blended. Refrigerate the mixture for about 20 minutes. (Refrigeration allows the mixture to set and be more manageable).
Remove mixture from refrigerator and roll into balls about the size of golf balls.
Place the almond bark in a skillet on low heat until thoroughly melted, stirring occasionally. Once melted, place the peanut butter balls in skillet to be covered with the melted chocolate and spooned out onto wax paper to harden.
