Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 boneless chicken breasts, or 1 bag of boneless chicken breasts
1- 2 lb bag frozen broccoli
1 box stuffing chicken flavor/ can use rice if you don't like stuffing
1/4 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup or (celery/ chicken to substitute)
1 bag shredded cheese

Boil the chicken breasts until cooked, white in center. Boil broccoli, drain both. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

Cook stuffing and spread on the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan or any casserole dish. Spread chicken over stuffing. Spread broccoli over chicken.

Mix 1/4 cup of water with the cream of mushroom soup in a bowl, pour over the chicken and broccoli. Spread cheese over top of the casserole.

Cover with tinfoil and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes and serve.
