Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb (900g) bag white rice
3-4 tablespoons butter
6 cans consomme soup
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced carrot
2 cans mushrooms
2 beef bouillon cubes

Brown rice in pan (be careful, will burn fast).

Add all your ingredients. Make sure the bouillon cubes are fully dissolved before adding them.

Bake for 1 hour, covered at 400 degrees F. If still a little runny after 1 hour, bake uncovered until liquid is dissolved.
