Cut smoked sausage into 1/4 inch pieces. Fry on low/medium heat. While sausage is frying, chop peppers, onion, and tomatoes into 1-2 inch pieces. After smoked sausage is done cooking, set aside in strainer to drain.
In same skillet that sausage was cooked in, saute peppers, onion, & tomatoes to desired tenderness. Drain well. In strainer with smoked sausage, toss vegetables with sausage to mix ingredients. Add ingredients back to skillet and add bottle of Kraft sweet & sour sauce. Mix well.
Make Minute Rice. Lay bed of rice on plate then place sweet and sour mixture on top and enjoy!
