Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare and cool rice as package directs. Place rice in large bowl with crab, cheese, mushroom, 1/2 the almonds, and chestnuts. Mix and set aside.
Saute onions and celery in margarine till soft. Add flour and stir until blended. Stir in milk and cook over med heat till thickened. Add to ingredients in bowl and stir well.
Spray large casserole with Pam, filling with mixture from bowl. Top casserole with remaining almonds and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until bubbling.
