2 pkg Jell-O Vanilla Sugar Free Instant Pudding
2 cups low fat milk
1 pkg (6 oz.) frozen coconut, divided
1 tsp coconut flavoring
1 graham cracker crust or baked pie shell
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Lite, divided
2 packet s sugar substitute

Let's Make It

Mix pudding with milk. Add half of the coconut, and coconut flavoring. Fold in Cool Whip and then pour into crust.

Mix remaining coconut with Splenda. Put remaining Cool Whip on top of pie then sprinkle and gently press sweetened coconut on pie.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
