Preheat oven to 350°F. Season each side of chicken and then pour the lemon juice on each side.
Line a round cake pan with aluminum foil. Put half of the peppers on the bottom of the pan then lay the chicken breasts on top of the peppers. Pour the 1/4 cup of water into the bottom of the pan. Cover the chicken breasts with the rest of the peppers. Cover the round cake pan with aluminum foil. Put the chicken in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
When the chicken is done slice the chicken breasts and put them on top of the pasta with the peppers. Add the tomato pieces to the pasta. Top with a sprinkle of cheese and...ENJOY!!!
