3 pkg (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli (spears or chopped) or use fresh, (1 1/2 heads, cook till just tender)
6 chicken breasts, cooked
3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
6 Tbsp sherry (or more)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp melted butter

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange cooked broccoli in 9 x 13-inch pan or large flat casserole. Cut chicken in large bite-size pieces and place over broccoli.
Mix together soup and mayonnaise, lemon juice and sherry and pour over broccoli and chicken. Then sprinkle with cheese, then crumbs and drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake covered about 1 hour, until bubbly and very hot.
