1 can (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 Tbsp picante sauce
2.5 lb boneless chicken breasts or thighs, chopped
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 small bag corn chips

In a bowl combine soup, sour cream, and picante sauce together until well blended.

In a 3 quart casserole dish, layer half of the chicken, half the soup mixture, and half of the chips. Repeat.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.
