1 beef rump roast (3 to 5 lb.)
2 pkg Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
2 jars pepperoncini salad peppers
Hoagie buns

Put roast, dressing mix, and peppers with juice into crock-pot.

Cook approximately 6 hours or until tender.

When roast is done, drain all saving the liquid. Remove stems from peppers and put them and the roast back into crock-pot and shred it up to prepare to be put on hoagie buns. After shredding, add liquid back in and serve on buns.
