3 cups boneless chicken breasts, cooked
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups zucchini
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup carrot sticks (matchsticks)
1 box Stove Top Stuffing Chicken Flavor
1 Tbsp butter

Boil chicken until done, cube into pieces, or shred with fork. Add cooked chicken, sour cream and cream of chicken soup together. Put into a casserole pan 9x11, set aside.

Cut zucchini into 1-inch cubes, and then boil zucchini, onion, and carrots together until tender. Drain then mix into the casserole dish with the other ingredients that's already mixed.

Add stuffing mix with butter into a skillet until all butter is melted and stuffing is moist with butter, spread onto mixed chicken ingredients on the casserole.

Top with foil and bake 35 minutes.
