Place potatoes, water, & bouillon in a stock pot. Boil until the potatoes are easily mashed with a fork.
In a crock-pot (unplugged) pour in bottle of cream. When potato mixture begins to boil add rest of dry ingredients & onions, stir.
When potatoes are ready to be mashed, pour entire mixture into crock-pot. Then use an emulsifier to mash about half of potatoes. Stir new mixture. Plug in crock-pot & turn on low until ready to eat. Sample & add more salt if desired.
