3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 Tbsp butter
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla
2 tubs (8 oz. each) Cool Whip
Better make Cool Whip the largest size

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease pie plate 9 x 1 1/4 or use 10 x 1 1/2.

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes baking time.
