Let's Make It
Start by browning ground chuck (add green pepper or onion if you prefer). Peel potatoes, cut into quarters and boil for about 15-20 minutes until fork tender and ready to mash.
Drain ground chuck and place in a 13x19 inch pan (ungreased). Drain and mash potatoes adding as much milk and butter as desired until almost smooth. Open both cans of corn and spread over ground chuck spreading around to mix corns carefully. Now use spatula to spread mashed potatoes over corn layer evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes until mashed potatoes have light film on them and starting to brown. Brush butter on potatoes and sprinkle paprika over potatoes, return to oven for 5 minutes. Remove pan and sprinkle cheese over pie and return to oven for about 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted. Let cool for 10-15 minutes and cut into large squares. Serve and enjoy!
