Original recipe yields 1 serving
2.5 cups oats
1 cup oat bran
1/4 cup canola oil
3 Tbsp water
1 cup crushed cereal of choice
1 cup raisins or other dried fruit
1/2 cup coconut
cup 3/4 to 1 chopped walnuts or almonds
1/4 cup butter
1 pkg mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine oats, oat bran, canola oil, and water in large mixing bowl. Spread out on large cookie sheet. Toast in oven for 10-15 minutes.

While this is in the oven, combine crushed cereal, raisins, coconut, and nuts in same large mixing bowl. When the oats are toasted, combine with ingredients in bowl. Mix well with hands.

In a large pot, melt butter, add marshmallows and melt on low heat. Add dry ingredients in bowl into the melted mixture and stir. Remove from heat. When ingredients are well combined, spread on large cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Press down with cool wet hands. Cool, cut, and enjoy!
