Follow pizza crust instructions; roll out on an 11 x 9 cookie sheet. Cook sausage, add vegetables. Mix egg, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
Spread sausage over dough, leave and inch space. Sprinkle and spread egg mixture over top of sausage. Jelly roll your dough. When you come to the end pinch seams and turn your edges in to the shape of a crescent.
Bake for 40 minutes on 375°F. Add a fresh salad and you have a wonderful easy meal that everyone enjoys.
