1 can Ro*Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles (if you can take the heat use jalapenos)
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp black pepper (you can add a mix of white pepper also depends on your taste- be careful white pepper can spice things up too much)
1 Tbsp seasoning salt
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp cumin
1/4 cup chili powder or you can use a package chili seasoning mix (if you choose this method eliminate the additional salt and seasoning salt)
2 pkg (16 oz. each) oyster crackers
1/2 cup cooking oil (best blend or canola, vegetable)
1 pkg dry Kraft Ranch Dressing Mix
3 Tbsp dry dill weed

Let's Make It
Brown meat in skillet and drain. Do not add any seasoning to meat while it is cooking. Transfer the drained meat into a large stock pot or crock-pot (even better). Add minestrone soup, Ro*Tel, and all seasonings.
Allow to simmer for 30-45 minutes for all ingredients to meld together.
Zesty Oyster Crackers: Place crackers in large plastic bowl. Add oil, dry Kraft Ranch dressing mix, and dill weed. Toss all together until crackers are completely coated. Spread on cookie sheet in one layer. Bake in oven 200-250 degrees for 15 minutes until crackers are lightly toasted. Remove from cookie sheet and drain on paper towels and store in Ziploc bags or favorite container.
