Mix butter, sugar, cocoa, salt and milk in pan on medium heat. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil. Start timing immediately for 2 minutes. Take off heat.
Add vanilla and peanut butter and blend. Add oats.
Quickly drop teaspoons of mix on waxed paper and let set.
