Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg refrigerated pie crust (2 crust), at room temperature
1 large can home-style mixed vegetables, drained
1 can condensed cream of chicken
1 can condensed cream of celery
1 rotisserie chicken, removed from the bone and chopped or boneless chicken breasts seasoned and cooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place one circle of pie crust in a pie plate. Set aside.

Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into pie crust. Place next circle of pie crust over pie plate. Seal around edges with a fork. Cut slits in top of crust.

Place in center of oven and bake 30 minutes. Crust should be golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes.
