6 oz Asian wheat noodles
2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
3 Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp sliced green onion
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup peanuts

1. Cook noodles in large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool.

2. Place noodles in large bowl. Add sesame oil; stir until noodles are coated.

3. In small bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients except peanuts. Pour over noodles; toss well. Garnish with peanuts.
