In large pot, mix stewing beef with all three cans of soup and water.
Place uncovered in an oven preheated to either 325 degrees F (for 5 hours), or 350 degrees F (for 4 hours). Stirring is good halfway through cooking, but not necessary.
This recipe has also been prepared in a crock-pot. Either way, it is very good over rice, pasta or potatoes. It also reheats very nicely.
