2 - 7 oz chicken breasts, cut up into bite sized pieces
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 1/2 cups fresh asparagus spears cut into 1” pieces
2 1/2 oz fresh parmesan cheese

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Boil noodles per instructions. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. Cook chicken in olive oil until slightly brown.
Mix together cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Mix into cooked chicken. Add asparagus to mixture. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
In casserole dish, pour chicken mixture on top of noodles and mix. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
Cook for 15-20 minutes or until top has slightly browned.
