1 chicken, cooked and boned
12 corn tortillas
1 can (8 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pound Kraft Grated Cheddar Cheese

Tear chicken into pieces (do not have to be bite size). Tear tortillas into pieces. Drain the chilies.

Mix all ingredients together, place in 9x13 pan, and cover pan.
